Never had a migraine in my life but my wife did. Hers were caused by needing glasses. Do you need glasses? If not then it has to be your diet or lack of sleep.

I already wear glasses. I've been doing some elimination diet/causes with a neurologist, and we haven't come up with anything that stands outs apart from weather and alcohol. One I can't help and the other I've cut out completely, but no dice.

Maybe you need your eyes checked out again.

Not a bad idea, anon. Not every migraine I have is ocular, but it's worth a shot. Appreciate the feedback

out of curiosity have you done carnivore diet?

I haven't. I've been a fairly standard omnivore diet. Meeting my protein goal and fitting in veggies to hit carbs where needed.

it is probably the best elimination diet you could choose. water + meat, eggs, butter

Thanks dude. I'll talk to my doc about it to see if we can eliminate other possibilities food wise.

Also eat white rice like jasmin, otherwise might frick you up due to lack of carbs.

Right on. I like rice, so that should be easy. You think brown rice will suffice? Heh, rhyme

Get a better job. Wagie managers don't give a frick, but normie white collar work is filled with migraine-prone people

Had headaches regularly caused by neck muscles. Since I've been lifting it not coming up that often. Only if I look too much on my phone throughout the day. Had massages didn't help. It was generally posture. Fixed m forward hip tilt and my upper back. Now it's helping and better. Hope this helps in any way.

Thanks anon. Haven't found it to help so far, but it's always good to hear what works for others

Not being a pussy actually fixed my migraines. I had them for as long as I could remember. But I was also doing pretty much frick all. Two years ago I decided to stop being a lazy gay making excuses (one of them was the migraines) and filled up my schedule with shit to do and they went away. So yea, when I stopped being a pussy about it they went away.

Wish that was my case. Glad yours have cleared up, dude. Migraines are a pain in the ass

Had hormones tested. They're normal for my age range. Doc thinks it's hereditary

gf and I have regular sex (at least once a week, usually more depending on my condition). not sure if that's too little, but it seems to meet our needs considering the issues I'm having

Aight, have you tried coffee? If not could be blood pressure being too high.

              Anonymous

I drink it maybe once or twice a week. Are you thinking caffeine might be the issue? I tend to take little caffeine on a regular basis, but I could see blood pressure being an issue if caffeine spikes it. I'll have to check it as part of the elimination diet. Thanks for the suggestion, my man.

Yeah, coffee tends to spike blood pressure and so does eating a lot of carbs, those together your blood pressure will be up to the roof.

Thanks for all the advice, anons. I really do appreciate all the suggestions. I'm gonna try to go to sleep now and try to get this migraine to subside. Take it easy, bros.
