If you had any you wouldn't look skinny fat like you do. Start lifting now, learn more about nutrition and eat a healthy diet with a lot of protein.     I'm like this except a little more loose skin around the stomach. Used to be 300 pounds. I've cut down to 210. I am 5'10" do I continue the cut until 170? Some days I still feel disgustingly fat but others I notice the progress. I feel like most of my fat is just loose skin at this point.

      We're in similar boats (6', 315>208). That loose skin you see is still full of fat; it's just so blown out by obesity that what fat is left is weighing it down. Like the difference between a water balloon and a plastic grocery bag with a pint of water poured in it.
      I'm hoping that eventually, with no fat left to weight down the loose skin, it'll look better. Guess we'll just have to find out together. Keep cutting

    You can 100% look good next summer, but you need to heed my advice and take it seriously.
    I looked like you once-- skinny fat through and through. Thats what you are, you have no muscle mass whatsoever and you clearly have excess body fat.
    You need to shed the fat while putting on muscle mass. You might think "well I don't want to look muscular" and that's fine. But IF you only reduce your body fat without fixing some of your proportions with muscle mass, you will continue to look like a pear, just with smaller man breasts.
    Diet is the key to getting in better shape-- frick those diets that say you can eat what ever you want as long as you do these exercises-- they are bullshit. You need to eat a slight calorie deficit and ensure you are consuming as much protein as you can.
    The protein you eat NEEDS to have complex amino acids. Just because the label says "30g protein" doesn't mean its going to do you any favors. Crap like "pea protein" and "onions protein" will fail to be fully utilized during muscles synthesis- Thats why you need to eat as much protein from lean red meat, fish, and dairy as much as you can. My diet basically was greek yogurt, flank steak, 93% lean ground beef, and eggs for 6 months straight. Its not as expensive as you might believe, if you stick to your diet, you'll actually save money.
    Exercise: Constancy. Constancy. Constancy. The routine you choose can be what ever suits your end goals, but just know that if you are NOT consistent, you will not see any end results. Even if you are "tired" or "not feeling up for it" you STILL need to get your workout in. A half-assed workout is better than no workout at all, so get to the gym!
    The only thing that will prevent you from reaching your goal, OP, is your own laziness. You can make it, but only if you actually work for it.

        I should add, however, that although I LOOK good in the second pic, I really wasn't all that strong.
        I was just super skinny and had some noticeable muscle mass, I was by no means IST or strong.
        I could bench, iirc, maybe 145 pounds in that second picture? For about a year after that first pic I was leanmaxxing and doing all that I could to maintain that body. It wasn't until about 2022 that I actually started lifting to get stronger. I don't have visible abs anymore, but I can bench 2pl8 for reps which is pretty nice.

    The muscle gains from exercising decrease exponentially with muscle size, so most gains you get in relative muscle size are in the first few months of weight lifting. My recommendation is to do calisthenics with a light calorie restriction. Eat lots of protein. Probably do intermittent fasting. Most aesthetic gains you'll see will be from fixing your posture though (assuming the posture in the image isn't shitposting). Do wall angels and spend at least 5-10 continuous minutes each day with perfect posture

        Gyno is a condition where a disproportionate amount of body fat sits on your breasts.
        If you are fat to begin with (like we are in the 'before' pics) you will naturally have fat sitting there.
