        You definitely look like you lift, not a fat guy, but there's a bit of chunk for sure. Just diet down a bit, don't even need to do a hardcore cut. Single digit bf% is overrated and unhealthy, but if you trim just a little of it you'll mog 95% of the population. Don't sweat it bro, you're nearly there.

    Arms and legs are a bit skinny. I'd say you lift but not heavily enough.

    Have you considered powerlifting and upping your caloric intake? Got to lift and eat big to get big bud.
