Keto is practical for cutting. You can get all the protein you need in like 1000 calories and the ketosis means it won't feel like torture because of hunger.
Doing that for a week would be easy and you would lose a few pounds of fat and probably almost 0 muscle if you keep lifting during that week.
Then it's just a short time and then you can go back to eating big to get big most of the time.
You could bulk permanently and stay lean by just doing a week like that every once in a while.

This is why keto doesn’t work, no one can stick to it long term. Buy a food scale and start counting your calories and stop eating shit food. Learn to cook and make low calorie high protein and fiber filling food. Potatoes white fish and chicken are your friend.

      >eat a dogshit diet all your life
      >go a few days on an actually healthy diet, predictably get cravings because you formed habits to eat sugar-laden and carb-heavy food
      >waaaaaaaaaah keto sucks

this is fine actually, weak people should have lives full of suffering

You only need to stick to it a week at a time if you do it seriously and eat like a real lifter for the rest of the time.
I sounds a lot better than doing a normal cut where there's a much longer time where you're not eating big.

It takes dedication and time, find a hobby, play some vidya, go for walks. Carb addiction is like a sugar addiction, it takes time to get clean.

Is it a bad thing to be able to bulk as much as possible by taking as little time as possible off from bulking to get lean?

dumb twat bodybuilders eat little carbs most of the time and they eat loads of it right before a show because it gives them a temporary pump of muscle and vascularity, not a good comparison

Reminder that keto is only viable for lazy shitheads that want to lose weight without doing any exercise whatsoever and will thus eventually end up looking like a skinny weak pudgy mess because of little to no muscle mass.

What's wrong with bulking 90% of the time and just doing
