      I used to eat 3 pineapples a day and by the 2nd my tongue was bleeding. One time I ate 5 pineapples the burn was so bad I had to consume only liquids for two weeks.

    Try white rice. Also try making protein shakes with milk, quick oats and peanut butter (I prefer pumpkin seeds but any nut or nutbutter will do) Easy 1000 calories a pop. For initiated, my secret bulker is a can of tuna and four raw egg whites with 400 ml dr pepper. Put that all in a blender, mix it up and pound it.

    Milk, bananas, granola bars etc.
    Eating lean meats is tough, and you'll need to use water to help consume it easier.
    Ice cream or peanut butter at the end of day for cal boost.

    Fruit and meat diet sounds fricking amazing. Try adding nuts, dairy, and beef. It'll make the whole calories thing easier. Rice is a good pairing with your proteins, all that fruit fiber you may need a new hoop
