The hot sauce ones bought are 24g protein at 200 cals too
CRIME Shirt $21.68 |
>simps literally exist RIGHT NOW who pay $3.50 for an 18g protein le King Oscar
Enjoy your mercury poisoning
dead meme is dead
costco has the same brand on sale for $1.25 in olive oil
I bought 10 cases of six at Costco BUT I hate that it's the olive oil version because there's literally a 0% chance its olive oil in there, it's some sort of seed oil bullshit. Most olive oil on the market is fake, far more is sold than is produced so the cheap stuff is getting put in tins like this.
Wrong, fish is full of heavy metals, pollutants and microplastic. You'd have to be moronic to eat that shit.
k. and you eat what?
beyond burgers they are good for the planet and my body
sardines are too small to accumulate much mercury. It's the bigger fish you gotta be concerned about, tuna, salmon etc...
less mercury =/= no mercury
You don't need to worry about mercury with low food chain fish.
see
I saw it and realised you've already decided what the truth is.
They are at least $3.00 no matter what brand where I live. Enjoy it op, you're a lucky guy
>Beat this
Best Sardines regularly stocked at Coles are also some of the cheapest: 0.85 AUD per tin. They taste better than any other brand, and they also happen to be some of the cheapest. I think you can get 75 cent Woolworth brand Sardines, but they're not as good.
for 22g protein? doubt
probably the shitty ones with 16g
Yeah but I'm not moronic so I don't really care about that.
>I don't care about nutrition and I post on fit
perfect
You really have zero idea what you're talking about and are moronic.
I get the 85cent ones from woolie, you can get three different types:
deens with based been oil:
640kj 21.1g
deens with springwater:
452kj 21.1g
there's a third one with sauce that's 16g of proteing IIRC but Idon't remember the calories.
haven't tried the coles ones though, I'll give them a look.
