Becoming underweight

I am an 18 year old biological female who weighs 156lbs at 5’9, My lowest weight is 146 when i had eaten 1200 calories a day and walked daily but gained 10 pounds when i stopped in a binge. I’ve set a plan of 1200 calories with 10k steps, as well as completely cutting out all Dairy and Fried foods I have created a work out plan to help also. my diet app says my goal of 110lbs is achievable by “August 7th 2024” if i stay on track of exercise and calorie counting. All of this work is for a week long trip to meet an incredibly important person where i MUST be at least 120lbs in August, any advice? does my app seem like it would keep me on the correct track it has before I know it seems strange to ask on here help to stay malnourished

      I am really good at “starving” I have Bulimia, i just binge hardcore and restrict cycle for months i was 220 and have managed to stay at 156 after years of struggling even though i gained sadly this month trying a more fitness based approach to not gain back

      Nah hard core dieting eat a lot before lifting and 30 mins before cardio and not even that much. Hungry going to bed is stupid eat a lot of veggies and garlic before then.

      Not being too full so you put pn 0 fat and not getting so hungry you lower your metabolism thats legit the fastest way to lose just fat asap.

        building muscle increases your metabolism which allows you to eat more or the same and lose fat quicker. you have to maintain it though by consitant lifting and eating enough protein.

    Such low weight is not attractive.
    I haven't seen single example of person who would look even ok while longterm under 17.5 BMI. I write longterm, because shortterm man could look ok while on cut and without water weight, before he loses muscle (just ok, not good, being able to go so low would mean he didn't have that much muscle in the first place).
    Now you will say: what about heroin chic trend? some of the models had such low BMI. But you are fogetting that in modeling it involves lots of makeup (which masks sickly look) and careful posing to avoid sight of unhealthy looking parts of body - weird big elbows, spindly arms, xylophone ribs, hiding breasts and buttocks which become floppy and flat.
    At its root physical attraction is directly connected to reproductive health - youth, symmetry which indicates good genes, strength enough to carry baby, wide hips for easy childbirth etc.
    At such low BMI females suffer from amenorrhoea and extreme lack of strength and human brains automatically evaluate it as unhealthy -> ugly.
    So why would you even want to be so thin? basically the instincts can be subverted both for cultural (preference of obese females in some parts of Africa which started due to ability to survive famine, fashion trends/peer pressure) and psychological (mental illness - anorexia)
    If you want to look good, hit the gym instead. There is a reason why the various fitness influencers are so popular.

    You are too tall and/or wide to look like your pic related.
    If you wanted to reach similar proportions with a bigger frame, you would have to build muscle, particularly around the thighs, buttocks, shoulders and pecs (no, you wont look like a hulk), in order to create the illusion of a significantly thinner waist and lithe frame (after the respective fat cut ofc).
    Also, consider breast reduction surgery in order to maintain your breasts perky for a lot longer. As long as they have a good shape, nobody worth your time cares about breast size.

    at least 500 cal deficit, probably more since you are tall. I can only eat 700-800 cal to lose.
    magnesium and potassium water supplement.

    im a womanlet at 4'9 who used to be 80-95lbs and thats the only way I could be tiny and not feel starving constantly. I balooned to 140lbs by eating multiple times a day. dont listen to the men in here who say otherwise they know nothing about having a female body. we will never be able to eat 2000 calories at maintenance like them just dont listen to the beasts. their bodies are almost like another species.             I recently lost weight so I'll give you some tips. My first tip is that you shouldn't focus on the number too much, focus on what your body looks like. 120lb no muscle and 120lb with muscle look very different. Muscle is much denser than fat. Therefore, I believe that when trying to become smaller, prioritizing muscle growth is important. Muscle makes you look lean, without it you'll look kinda flabby even at a low weight.

            It's good that you're tracking cals, but if you're hungry and not eating, you will binge. Just trust me. Make sure you are eating good quality, low cal foods with good protein (poultry, FISH) and otherwise eating clean (vegetables, rice). Carbs are fine but don't overdo it.

            Do bodyweight exercises, pushups, situps, crunches, pullups, squats. You won't become a beefcake, I promise. You will shrink and become lean.

            OMAD and fast.
