        I'm no joking, most skellies do super good on cali.

        idk how to do calisthenics i just have weights. do i just do pull ups and stuff or do i need certain equipment?

              The most equipment you'll need is a place to do pullups and some rings if you're going hard on it. Dips and pullups are the bread and butter for your upper body lifts

      You do not eat anywhere close to 3k calories a day.
      Make stews with meats and rootfruits, maybe some vegetable and load that shit with 30-40% cream as base. Eat a full meal every 4 hours on the clock every fricking day until either desired weight/fat or muscle has been gained. Forget about ottermode you need to eat.

      Bullshit. I'm 5'9, 127 lbs, and only eat 2100 calories a day. There is no way you're hitting 3000 KCAL daily.

      How long and what are you doing? If you're doing 3 days a week you should be doing 50 minute sessions without lazing around in between sets.

        I lose a pound or more per week on 3k calories, but I actually work out unlike 99% of the homosexuals I see (strength+volume training every lifting day, high intensity cardio, low intensity cardio on rest days, average going to the gym 6.5 days a week)

            There's nothing wrong with losing a pound per week.
            I'm definitely counting my calories accurately, just kneel.
            The best way to lose weight is with intense activity and you can't do that starving yourself.
            I don't pretend to know the science but I found the numbers and activity that work for me

    From my experience, about 7 more months or so of intensive training, maybe 8. I had almost your exact same physique when I first started out.

    Calisthenics can work well anon, I've started from basically scratch and was able to make some capital before/after gains in six months, and by basically stuffing myself with split peas and rice since I couldn't afford meat at the time.
    The only problem with Calisthenics is that beginners struggle to understand it, so you'd have to do a lot of research if you have no one to guide you on site.
