Is it possible to fully avoid sneeds and vegetable oil?

To completely avoid? I doubt it is feasible for even the most ardent of schizos. To significatnly cut down? Very doable. You likely couldn't consume anything bought from a store that didnt come directly from the meat or produce section. You could grow your own food but almost no one would do that if they weren't already.

do seed oils also make you grow taller?
people are way taller than they were in 1900 you dumb frick and that's the same pinhead logic you're using
less pinheads too, so I can see why you would want to go back

I know multiple people on statins in their 40s who refuse to eat any fat that isnt seed oil because "its unhealthy" and otherwise have perfectly healthy diets consisting of home cooked whole foods. Was that specific enough for you, you rude c**t.

you just happen to know multiple people all their 40s, all have high cholesterol, all are taking statins and all follow a particular diet?
Most people dont go around telling others about their meds, but for some reason all these very specific people tell you?
You're just like the people who "know several people on anti-depressants and all of them have limp dicks" (as always gets posted in the depression threads)

You don't believe that friends and family have conversations about their health? It was just an observation, If you're out for an argument at least have some talking points.
I'm willing to be convinced but saturated fats have been a part of our diet since the beginning of humanity. It seems awfully convenient that an oil extracted from an industrial waste product is actually health food.

probably because the smaller ones got eaten.
Once tribes/societies formed height didnt get selected out as much by nature. There was safety in numbers so manlets survived more.
Now we are stuck with the little shits running around every where with chips on their tiny shoulders.

The primary fat in peoples diet used to be animal fats. which are avoided like the plague by the average person now. its not exactly air tight logic but you have to admit that its very suspect, no?

        Average life expectancy
Infant mortality was ~1 in 10 back then
Same reason why the average life expectancy of people in antiquity was 30.

How did they diagnose heart disease before 1900?
Did they even know it existed?
If someone dropped dead from heart disease on their farm in 1832 and was buried in their pasture by the family the next day, who did the autopsy and recorded the cause of death?
Do you think that has something do with your statement?
