Full body calisthenics 4 times a week, 3 sets to failure on each movement. I keep it real simple and do one push, one pull, one squat and one core movement in each workout and just rotate through a few different ones throughout the week. I also walk a fair bit and do high intensity cardio 2-3 times a week. It's probably not the optimal way to train for size but it's very good for staying shredded and it's a routine that I actually do; I have tried going to the gym a few times and I never stick with it. The key is designing a routine that you know you will follow for the rest of your days and then you get whatever body you get out of that.

You choose the movements, it's up to you. For example one day I might do pull ups, push ups, squats and Russian twists. Another day I might do ring rows, dips, lunges and hanging leg raises.

I fully understand the point, but it’s incorrect and moronic. I promise anyone who follows that exact “calisthenics” routine will look just as dyel on day 300 as they did on day 1.
The ONLY way it would even come close to working is if you incorporated weighted calisthenics to introduce progressive overload. But you would naturally hit a plateau with your body weigh within a month and stop making any progress.
Reps to failure is progressive overload you moron.
Here's the principal; DYEL does 1 pushup, and can only manage about 5 sets that day. A week later he can do 2 pushups per set.
What's happening here? DYEL is literally getting stronger using this principal.
All you need to do is scale it up, gets to the point that maybe you can do 30 pushups in a row per set.
Now. Picture the physique of the guy that can only do 1 pushup. Now picture the guy that can do 30.

No one looks strong from doing 30 push-ups you absolute moron. This is my point and why you need to add weights. Anything over 12 reps has minimal effect on your muscle growth and is physiologically closer to cardio than actual weightlifting.
Doing 30 pushups will not build your muscles. Doing 3x12 of progressively overloaded/increased weighted pushups/dips/pull-ups/etc will though. Just to a much lower extent than actually going to the gym and doing heavy compound lifts, which is what all of you weak calisthenics gays ignore

It's about 10-11 kg of fat lost and maybe 2 kg of muscle gained. It's not much but I don't want to do a bulk because I never want to go back to being soft and I know in the long run I wouldn't be able to control my eating if I did a bulk.

Testosterone is so cheap I go on the dark market and buy it. Like, $15 or $20 per bottle of test propionate. And if you're wondering why I chose prop, it's because of something goes wrong, I can get off of it a lot quicker than you guys can with cypionate or whatever. And of course you can come up within a day. I think the biggest thing is most people don't want to give themselves shots because they can barely handle getting shots given to them in the first place. I dont have a before picture but skinnygay here. 130, is this an improvement over being 120 and scrawny? Process: gained 30 by eating only turned some of it into muscle because I ate like shit, then replaced 1,000 calories a day with protein shakes for a year and light exercise with nothing heavier than 40. I dont want to be blasted yet until I can get to a doctor and form a proper diet (I got addiction problems and would definitely fall into steriods) but I think its an improvement in body type while not changing my standinng weight (I had to go up to 160 and drop back down to get here though, also Im 6 2)
