I'm looking for a routine that fits with my goals, right now my goals are to reach proportional body measurments of the Greek ideal, thinking maybe there was input to be had. Of course I need to "just lift" but I'm aware consistency is important, and I'm not advanced enough to wing my own program.
And what I'm saying is that you don't need to be worried about Greek proportions right now. It's hard enough building any muscle at all, you're not going to accidentally build too much and get disproportional or unaesthetic. Just about any beginner hypertrophy program will move you in the right direction as long as you don't eat like shit and get obese.
