    Definitely too much
You can gain roughly 1, MAYBE 2 pounds of muscle mass per month
    Eat less or move more

      2 months of lifting:
      Bench: 1RM 170
      Squat (BACK): 155 x 8 (idk 1RM)
      Deadlift: 225 x 5 (idk 1 RM)
      OHP: 70x5 (idk 1RM)
      My goal is hypertrophy

Good lifts for being this new. Also don't worry about 1rm if the goal is hypertrophy. Worry about your 10rm and how much work you can output instead

I will never let drugs touch my blood.

        Good man

how? is 5/3/1 a meme then?

Complete meme if you're not chasing strength

Way too aggressive. You should be aiming for like 1/2 a pound a week. That's only a 200-300 calorie surplus. Calm it down dude

What can I do to salvage any progress that I have made? Do I need to mini cut now? Or should I just eat at maintenance?

            Anonymous

Just eat at maintenance for a while and recomp. If you're making shit progress just cut a little and maintain your performance in the gym so you can start over properly

sounds good. going to look into it.

Jus eat less, you shouldn't gain more than 1lb a week, anything more and you are just getting fatter for no benefit, long term .5lb is more sustainable and cutting is easier

Do I cut now? Eat at maintenance?

You can go for maintenance recomp because you're new. But a 20lbs increase from 120lbs is way too much for 2 months. Maybe cut - you'll still gain strength/muscle because of the newbie gains

    >Do lifting for some months
    >weigth is about 110kg when I started
    >I get stronger, after 6 months I am almost at 2pl8 bench, 2.5pl8 squats and 3pl8 deadlifts
    >started from only bar bench, 1/2 pl8 squats (10kg) and 1/2 pl8 deadlifts (10kg)
    >losing no weigth, still 110kg

No clue if I do everything correctly or wrong since I want to lose some fat as well and not only become stronger.
