Yeah I’m not benching 315 lb, but it’ll take some hard ass work to get that strong with long ass arms while also trying to school/career grind and manage the rest of life. I’d have to get very scientific with my workouts and diet and make gym my top priority at the expense of everything else.

Maybe my legs. I can leg press 1000 lb for a set of 5. My squat weight is unknown because I’m just getting back into them after an injury that limited squat depth range of motion. My back is also pretty thick from weighted chin ups.
Could also be that my bodyfat percentage is maybe higher than appears at first glance, maybe distributed to my legs, and my abs still lightly appear despite being maybe 18% bodyfat. I have no idea what my fat percentage actually is. My arms are certainly not that big.
