              Yes you can afford an unhealthy meal once in a while, just don't make it a staple in your diet. For me it's pizza every other week.

                Do a more intense form of cardio and eat 3 meals a day that don't have any goyslop or excessive amount of calories.

      Yeah that's the shitty part, at one point you just have to accept that you will feel small and lose strength. I try to focus on my cardio when I'm losing weight, since tat stat tends to go up. 🙂

    He's right tbh, after I achieved a 6 pack in like the first few months of lifting it never really went away, even though I went from 72kg at 188cm to 91kg in under 2 years.
