Natalie Mars is a great example of what can be a achieved when you start the transition process as a normal looking man and not some fat balding piece of shit who either sees being trans as a cheat code to life or a means to fetishize your own existence by turning yourself in a bimbo-like caricature of a woman.

Are IST posters usually this devoid of attention to detail? "Candid" my ass. It's from an event, she was posing and wearing a pound of make-up on her face, literally almost the same make-up style from the right pic. Digital photography wasn't that big 25 years ago, but the pic was definitely tweaked in a photo lab, scanned and probably photoshopped as well.

I'm speaking from the only experience that matters, which is personal experience. Moisturiser has never done anything positive for me, it only has a negative effect. Sunscreen I have never needed, and tbf I live in a temperate climate not a desert, but again the supposed gain of wearing it does not outweigh the many negatives. Fun fact, using moisturiser dries out your skin by reducing natural production, which will naturally leads to dependence, followed by a temporary overreaction and extremely greasy skin once you quit that shit. Instead of being effeminate and giving your money to israelites just use cold water and lead a healthy life ffs it's all we've ever needed. No amount of paying mr shekelberg will compensate for genes, I smoked like a chimney and drank loads in my 20s, still get mistaken for under 25

Strict vegan diet, meat is carcinogenic and has compounds that cause aging.

Drink as little water as possible. Obviously drink if you’re extremely thirsty but limit it to a sip at a time. Fat cells work by storing water, more water means more bloat.

Smoke. It is an appetite suppressant and nicotine helps keep you energized and your system in good working order. Don’t smoke cigarettes as they are unhealthy and will frick up your complexion, stick to cigars and pipe tobacco. Smoke indoors or in your car as it helps the smoke oxidize your skin.

If you are a woman, have several kids. If you’re a man, marry a woman and have several kids. Having children keeps you young, there is a reason that parents of young kids always look vibrant and energized.

No alcohol (alcohol makes your brain weak and it ruins your body and ages you early)

No smoking/vaping (same as with alcohol)

No fad diets (for example: keto since it fricks you up sooner or later just eat less until you loose weight)

No heavy lifting at the gym (it not only ruins your knees but also it puts to much stress on the entire body stuff like calisthenics and cardio are enough also gyms are a huge scam)

No less than 7 hours of sleep each night and go to bed early so you fall asleep at around 23:00 - 24:00

No smoothies chew your food you lazy frick (digestion begins in the mouth so chew you food thoroughly)

No stress (so don't consume to much media/news/etc. and go outside and touch grass)

No consoles (they rot your brain game on a PC to have all the options and avoid some random companies control over your entertainment has a link to stress avoidance)

Believe it or not, avoiding drugs (especially, and including, alcohol), maintaining a reasonable bf% and keeping stress levels as low as possible are 90% of what you need to do.

I have never seen a person who aged badly who wasn't an alcoholic or a junkie (they may claim that they "drink in moderation", but in their mind moderation is only drinking 10 beers a day instead of 20). Aging gracefully, especially for men, is actually easier than you think.
