    U - upper abs
    L - lower abs
    O - obliques
    S - serratus
    do 2 exercises targeting that muscle some time during the day. weighted is preferred if you are able to but anything is better than nothing

    The abs and hip flexors have to work hard isometrically in these

        Weird, they're the only thing that get my abs going. I have to do like 10 heavy reps with really good form though
