Best ab workouts???

Best ab workouts??? Yeah im not super lean but my abs are so fucking underdeveloped, Should have some kind of visible abs or something(I fell for the abs are made in the kitchen meme, Also no pump just cardio 🙂 )

    Your fucking gay Jesus christ just add an ab workout it's not rocket science you don't need to make a gay thread fishing for compliments. Just focus on ab development and get leaner if you want them to pop. Why do you have so much body acne?

        Pick your poison, hanging leg raises, medicine ball crunches, machines, they all work. Just add something to your rotation if you want to develop them more. I'm particularly fond of medicine ball stuff but whatever.

            To get developed abs? Nah bro. Abs are like anything else. If you want jacked and stacked bi’s do you add 4 sets of pull ups once or twice a week? You’ll make some progress with one, but you’ll want more eventually.

              OP, you've done good work. Hanging leg raises and decline situps. Just end every workout with em. Hold a weight for the situps if too easy. Abs are simple.

    ab wheel is best to start, youtube a video so you dont hurt yourself.
    Hanging leg raises etc. are really good too.
    That's it, don't need much more then those 2 really.

      Doesn't hypertrophy and strength training also apply to abs and core?
      Wouldn't crunches and planks be the best for hypertrophy?

        Hypertrophy requires high intensity and progressive overload.
        Just like how just doing squats and deadlifts won't give you abs, planks won't either.
        Weighted crunches would be better. Maybe ab wheel if you do em correctly
