best carbs source

what's the best carbs source for (#1) bulking and (#2) cutting?

I'm already eating oats, rice, potatoes, white bread, what else can I throw in the mix when I'm short on calories + carbs for the day?

Every human who has either been a professional athlete or reached the age of 100 consumed carbs. Every single one.

Keto is a housewives weightloss diet, that is it.

carbs are so bad your body literally makes them for you so you dont die.

rememebr ketolard, your body is always running on atleast 15% carbs. always.

      op, the answer is sugar

Then why do you need to eat them into a diabetic state if your body makes them? If you are prone to it and you wish to try and set yourself on a trajectory for your future avoiding chronic illnesses you've seen your family struggle with, why, in your mind of course, should you consume shit that will, and it will, damage you later? Especially when, in your words, our body will produce them? Is it because you're not suffering any effects right now, or...? Help me out here.

Fat causes the insulin resistance that ultimately ends up with diabetes, not carbs.

That's strange to me because I am older than most people on here and was pre diabetic. In fact I was the doctor told me I was probably further along because I was suffering symptoms. Care to guess how my doctor got me to reverse that? This was 9 years ago btw, and it took about half a year to get myself out of being pre diabetic and I took no medicine even though my dr did prescribe me a statin. Care to take a shot at how much fat I eat in a day?

Keto/low carb still makes you physiologically insulin resistant, but issues are mostly avoided by not eating carbs. The result of this can be seen when anyone on such a diet does poorly on a glucose tolerance test. What I said still stands

Holy fricking hell I hate modern """""""""science"""""""""" These """""""""scientists""""""""" waste millions of tax money or use israeli propagandist company shekels, just to publish scientific papers aka elaborate shitposts

      >pick random university kids
      >make them fast for 10 hour before the test
      >serve them 240 kcal of test food (note that 240 kcal of eggs are just 2 eggs, 240 kcal of cheddar is just 60 grams, 240 kcal of lettuce is 1.6 kilograms, 240 kcal of cucumbers is 1.85 kilograms, so after a decent period of hunger some subjects just rawdogged 2 boiled eggs with a glass of water nothing else)
      >let them use the very scientific scale (picrel) to assess satiety for just 120 minutes for whatever reason???
      >obtain blood samples for glucose and insulin data during those 120 minutes but do not use said data in the study at all
      >reach a conclusion that popcorn, oranges and pasta have better satiety (index???) than steak and eggs simply because they occupy more space (per kcal) in the stomach
      >send this shit to journals
      >it gets published
      >you get a new line in your CV and collect Kellogg's Australia Pty Ltd shekels

Actually scratch that for bulking, I just love potatoes but they're obviously not the best for that purpose.
Something like pasta I could eat all day.
