I've been losing weight slowly lately and my fiancee and my mum said my face looks slimmer.

Also recently after meeting one of my friends new bf, he randomly grabbed my bicep and told me I've got some big arms. Even though I don't think I'm that built

Two fat chicks called me hot on omegle and I checked their privilege by calling them fat and they became super surprised and looked offended like this :O

Based king. Bully the fatties until they cry, and then bully them for crying.

I know that feel bro. My grandma told me i was looking stronger and better. She always told me i was fat. A honest compliment from your grandma is worth more than any amount of generic thots.

I had a girl once in college tell me "you're short...but you carry yourself very tall" A bit of a backhanded compliment but I'll take it.

    > Used to go to a fantastic little gym class with strength focus, lots of athletes etc.
    > Got slightly stronger than average person - 140kg bench, 220kg deadlift & 90kg OHP.
    > Very vocal on social media with progress although nobody every mentioned it IRL.
    > On night out with many young co-workers - male & female, drink are flowing.
    > One female coworker makes a comment about my stuff on social media and how strong I am.
    > Girl next to her grabs my arm and feels my chest, mouth open in surprise.
    > More drunk coworkers flock over to cop a feel and comment on my social media posts
    > I'm freaked out as I'm a huge sperg and point out that another curlbro coworker is a lot more jacked than I am.
    > "Oh he's all show though, you're really strong"
    > Curlbro visibly saddened in the background
    > Fast forwarded 20 mins and I'm doing behind the neck push press with women in the parking lot.

Felt amazing but shortly after I got depressed, fat and weak. Haven't been 'mired in years and it feels bad.

I've started again recently but I have so far to go - 117.5kg of blubber as of this morning, down from 119kg about 2 weeks ago.

Take care of your mental health anons and never get obese.

Well after finally going to a therapist following a full blown meltdown (banged a hooker and then almost took my own life) over Christmas:

It sounds like the cumulated effects of various childhood traumas leading to increased risk seeking behaviour to fill the void. Binge drinking happened and I progressively got worse and worse as you can imagine. Then, one night when I was still in good shape a few years back, I was raped by a taxi driven when passed out in the back of his cab. This happened like a few months before Covid so lockdown woes just amplified everything.

Where I fricked up was not getting help until the shit hit the fan in a BIG way.

        Yay.

Holy shit, thats brutal. I have similar problems (minus the raping), but I dont have risk seeking behavior. I ate and drank to fill the void. One day a couple of years back when I was going to work, I thought that maybe I should get into and accident so I could take a break from everything for a while. That day I knew that I couldn't fix myself without help and went to a doctor, and shortly after I got a therapist. The first step, to admit that you need help and actually getting help was the hardest part.
It's been a journey, but some things that helped in addition to the therapy were microdosing mushrooms and lately a protocol I found from /x/.
I dropped the shrooms after a year, figured I dont need them anymore, and the protocol took away my cravings for alcohol and is helping me drop some weight among other things. I still have days with low energy/mood/self-esteem, but It's signigicantly better than before. I actually enjoy life now

Woah that's still very intense anon.

Curious about the microdosing though - will have to have a google!

Good luck with your journey going forward and well done on surviving such a bleak time.

Thank you. All Im trying to say is that however bad your situation is, you can make yourself better. It takes time, dedication and possibly outside help, but you are gonna wagmi
