Im assuming a lot of you guys here are very experienced in terms of body transformation, whether it be bulking up or slimming down.
I made a bet with a friend that i would go from 75kgs to 63kgs in a span of 6 months, 5 months have gone by and I have only lost around 5kgs / 10lbs in that time. Do have any tips for a quick weight loss of 5~10kgs / 10~20lbs?
I dont mind it being dangerous, im looking for any kind of tips that can help with cravings or exercise hacks that you guys might have.
I really have to win this bet, so please help this fatty out!

if you wanted to lose 1lb/week then you should have initially aimed for a daily 500 calorie deficit and tracked your weight-loss over the course of the first month or two as a test. if you observed a consistent rate of weight-loss then you project the numbers till month six and see if you're on target, tweaking the deficit if you're not. your lack of planning resulted in five months of 0.5lb/week lost which is obviously well short of your goal. try harder, plan better, be more diligent about your shit next time.
if it was a life or death situation to win this bet then you increase your caloric deficit for the rest of the month to whatever you can tolerate, increase your exercise frequency to whatever you can tolerate, and then water cut the week leading to the conclusion of the bet. keep in mind, you're not only going to feel like shit (assuming you're really pushing yourself to your limit) but there's a slim but real possibility you die during the water cut if you're both inexperienced and going about it like an idiot. the lesson to learn here is that a little bit of prep, research, and planning five months ago would mean you wouldn't have to employ such desperate measures now. do better next time moron.
Fast. Once you hit weight keep fasting. Fast about 30 pounds under where you think you want to be so when you frick up again and you have more alarm bells.

ive actually lost 24 kg before and i lost like all of my hair. now im walking around with extensions and using rosemary oil on my scalp so its slowly growing back, but that shit is so humiliating
i think this is what im about to do... i am a big fan of easy way outs and not very disciplined, so just forgetting about food for the month might just be the way for me...

yeah man thats the problem, i only like whats convenient to me and i tend to avoid whats uncomfortable. luckily i like biking and do that pretty regularily (live in europe so i can bike everywhere + beautiful landscape) but theres no gyms nearby and lots of curious granny neighbors hanging by the windows, so its very embarassing to do exercises (dont have a garden).
what i lack is motivation. at this point being skinny is nothing more but a unreachable fantasy, but i cant live on being fat.
what youre doing is best for me i think, someone giving me real-talk, being all honest and pointing out my procrastination and loser-attitude. ive actually fantasized about someone beating me up over this lol so thanks

The simplest in that kind of time frame would probably be the potato only diet. Obviously your doctor will tell you that's not a good idea.

lift 5 days a week with 30 minutes of cardio after, eat at a SLIGHT caloric deficit. People trying to lose weight without doing any work are going to be in for a lot of disappointment

63kgs at your height is still way too large for the Kpop look. Kpop idols are very thin, and are actually slightly underweight.

If you're not interested in eating less and responsibly tracking your caloric intake, then go back to wasting your time with quick fix bullshit magazines and "weight loss" pills. There are no cheat codes for losing weight. You have to be disciplined.
actually ive been very interested in weight-loss crystal combinations, weight-loss spells and weight-loss subliminals and positive affirmations. also, i listen to a 1-hour long weight loss hypnosis once a week, go to work with weight-loss binaural beats and wear a chinese bellybutton sticker at night 🙂
Five kilos in one month at your weight won't be a walk in the park, but I guess it's doable. I suggest 1000 calories max per day and move your ass as much you have the energy for. Water and other zero calorie drinks are your friend, but you'll still fell hungry. I'd stick with veggies and chicken breast and fish for food. No added oil or butter. Seasoning is fine until the last week or so when you want to cut all salt. Try not to drink much water before your final weigh in. You want to be lose as much water weight as you can for that. Hydrate after. Chicken and fish taste fine when cooked in an air fryer.
Okay anon, you need to water fast for as long as you can. Some morons say you go into starvation mode; they are morons. Go watch the show Alone if you don't believe me. Most lose a shit ton of weight really quick because they can't hunt. Sucks but you should not eat for as long as possible.
