Dude just go buy a bunch of types of meat and cook them and put them in Tupperware. Side dishes are only for dinner and are gains killers

idk, but here's what i do (i eat the same lunch every day like an autist):
    - cook pasta, mix in butter afterward
    - bake chicken
    - divide the above into 5 containers
    - then pour frozen vegetable mix straight into the 5 containers. no need to cook
    - keep containers in the fridge

No meal prep required. Just eat chicken and broccoli and drink water.

Jesus fricking christ I forget you homosexuals still have to leave the house for work. Get a work from home job first. Make that your priority.

There are some decent videos on youtube.
I'm too lazy to search for them just as you're too lazy to google.

But if you see someone portioning out full meals in containers, as opposed to preparing separate ingredients for mixing and matching - it's dumb bullshit.

    >DUDE cook your food and then FREEZE IT in all these epic PLASTIC CONTAINERS
Why? I just cook a fat pile of meat and veggies and leave it in the fridge in glorious glass. Even when I'm finishing the last bit that's been in there all weak it's probably less compromised than stuff you froze and thawed.

Airfryer and skinless boneless chicken thighs; Cut into cubes and season, air fry on 350 for 14 minutes, maybe catch the fat from the chicken thighs and use to cook potatoes (also potentially in the air fryer).
Also try boiling sweet potatoes and mixing in vanilla protein powder as a pudding you can have with a meal maybe?
