actrually coconut and generic mct oils don't have enough C8 oil to get the great effects.

buy a C8 oil off amazon. it's about a dollar per ounce but it's worth it. shit turns damn near instantly into ketones. if you can go for a day or two on this shit you'll be the moron titties.

moron i'm literally eating beef and rice while drinking a coke, i'm hardly a keto shill. I just know wtf i'm talking about. C8 is a fucking god tier oil and puts MCT and coconut to shame.

C8 is probably better but some people get GI symptoms.

well some people are fucking pussies and run to the shitter talking about they got a tummy no no like a huge gay. oh fucking well if you get GI problems from C8 you also get it from MCT or even fucking beef fat.

Keto has done much more good than harm, and for 90% of the population that's NOT active, less carbs is better 90% of the time. Only reason I'm carb maxxing right now is because I'm about to go lift in a couple hours.

do you really need supplements, or could the problem be addressed by considering diet, sleep, going outside, etc.?

    >This is the longest duration MCT AD study to date. Eighty percent had stabilization or improvement in cognition, and better response with 9-month continual MCT oil.

MCT oil improves cognition in alzheimers subjects. there are probably another 20 human RCTs replicating this various methods of elevating ketones, the brains preferred fuel
