      actrually coconut and generic mct oils don't have enough C8 oil to get the great effects.

      buy a C8 oil off amazon. it's about a dollar per ounce but it's worth it. shit turns damn near instantly into ketones. if you can go for a day or two on this shit you'll be the Black person breasts.

          Keto has done much more good than harm, and for 90% of the population that's NOT active, less carbs is better 90% of the time. Only reason I'm carb maxxing right now is because I'm about to go lift in a couple hours.
