        because that's when the bodyfat estimate is reasonable. even greg douchette said that people underestimate their bodyfat by 5% minimum.

        25-27% for OP is pushing it but without a shadow of doubt the answer is between 20-22% bodyfat. also what do you gain by underestimating your bodyfat? okay gongrats you dropped to 12% bodyfat but you still dont have the slightest bit of definition in your abs. gz for reaching that magical arbitrary number but you still need to lose more to get abs. if you want to believe that you are an unique snowflake that needs to drop to 6-8% bodyfat to get abs then so be it but every single human being has visible abs at 12% bodyfat. if you dont then you are that guy who underestimated his bodyfat by 5% and the answer is always to lose more.

        cos people always subtract like 10 percent. i’m guilty of this too. thought i was 25 max at my heaviest but i was easily 30. only now am i 20 percent and i’m still not happy with how my torso looks.

    What bf do I look like? I look kinda better in this but I'm much more skeletical.

    I weight 138lb @ 6'0 and can't seem to gain any weight no matter how much I input.

    I suspect Food allergies / alcohol / something in the water keeps me on the toilet shitting a lot of potential energy.
