What is with the influx of discussions on bloating these days? I've never had this problem in my life, is it because of the obesity epidemic? S O Y?

I had that problem when I 1st started taking care of myself... I just thought I was fat. Turned out that I was a little fat but eating so poorly I had a gut like an Ethiopian child. When I fixed that by eating clean and healthy it made for some dramatic results in a short time

what causes the Ethiopian kids to have guts like that anyway

a few good ones discussing the same things already

      -remove fodmaps from diet
      -remove allergen foods
      -go on a elimination diet
-read vertical diet by stan efferding which talks about the above subjects or just google them and research, same thing kind of but less lifting optimized

probably Baader–Meinhof phenomenon on your part my g
also the more people lift the more food they need, the older people get the worse your problems will probably be and things and allergies can trigger and develop over time

Turned out it was starch. Couldn't digest it well - lots of gas and weight gain.
Cut out all starchy food, now meat based diet. Dropped 60 lbs without exercising. Really miss pastry and bread.

what about white rice and maybe potatos

      [...]
Is whole grain bread or whole grain pasta a good substitute for the common proccesed grains, or is it better just to give it up entirely?

white rice is way more easily digestible

Become ancient grain pilled. Modern wheat is loaded with non-soluble gluten, it's hard as frick to digest, irritates gut and fricks with your hormones. And yes, whole grain>processed. Any unprocessed food is automatically the healthier option.

      >whole grain>processed
my natural more bettar? it's a reason why you need to process plants a shit ton to make them edible and digestible
why would less processing make them more? more antinootirents, more fiber to frick your shit up, more everything bad
      more processing is literally better

      Less fiber.

      also this

you are not bloated you are just fat
how many people with ripped six pack abs you know that complain about being bloated?
it's always the fat fricks with 25% bodyfat that cope "oh no i would be kinda lean but im just bloated, god damn this sucks haha"

fat morons claiming they are bloated is not the same thing as digestion bloating frickery

It can be many different things. Foods, drinks, habits, sleep quality.
For me it was chronic dehydration while sleeping would wake up with bloating as my body tried to retain moisture for my organs. Along with excessive acidic food/drink consumption.

Is rye bread a better option that whole grain wheat bread?

I don't want to eliminate bread entirely, I like chicken sandwitches and whatnot, but I pretty sure it's the grains that make be bloated. I've been only eating whole grain bread, but I haven't seen much difference in bloating, compared to regular, processed bread. I wonder maybe whole grain rye bread is the way. It's quite bitter though..

The only bread that qualifies for regular consumption is a sourdough whole grain bread. A lot of people are sensitive to yeast and don't even realise it. Rye is good, but as you said, the taste is really strong. I really like einkorn though. Light, easily digestible, and tasty as frick.

aha, never thought or heard of yeast being a probable cause for gut problems.

I fact, many sources say it's good for your gut, but I assume there's all kinds of yeast and the ones used in bread are not so great

It's not bad or damaging per se, it's the fact that it only makes bread grow, and it does so fast. Sourdough is actually yeast, but wild, and there are multiple spieces doing the work. Wild yeast takes a long time to grow bread, actually pre-digests bread, and makes additional nutrients. Usually the more diverse nature is, the more beneficial to health (more biodiversity in gut flora - stronger & healthier).
So a yeast based bread will be more difficult to digest and won't offer as much nutrition. White yeast bread might as well be candy to me.
Also, the thing with just yeast is that it is a fairly common allergen, similar to eggs or dairy, so not harmful but potentially so. Unfortunately to eat good bread you have to make it on your own and spend money on quality ingredients, everything else is goyslop.

you train, your muscles are damaged constantly, this makes body retain as much water as possible and you are permabloated, that is why frauds take dierutics to get rid of all the water, for common folk just drink millions of waters and piss bloat away

Bloat can come from the stomach but also from water under the skin when the body is flushing / repairing something. Watch your food and posture.
