    I'm moronic
I want to be able to tank punches and kicks during a fight, thus to strengthen my bones and pain resistance.
    That's what I want

The punching is a waste of time. You're not going to be able to punch yourself hard 1000 times. Just stop being insecure and go spar FFS. You're not gonna get more durable by doing baby punches on yourself.

I dont disagree but I dont care much about learning to fight, I'm stronger than most people but my pain tolerance and the possibility of my bones breaking makes me insecure

You're not going to get stronger bones by lightly punching your solar plexus 200 times

Nta but he accidentally stumbled into a good move doing that. It trains your solar plexus not to spasm when it gets hit. He's still kind of moronic though for how he put together his program

    >-weighted crunches 10x10.
    >-solar plexus self-punching, 100 each hand.
    Works well. Keep this
    >-Jaw punching, 5:00; chin 100 times; 100 times below the chin each hand.
    >-cheekbone punching, 3:00 minutes side, 3:00 front.
    >-brow bone punching, 5:00 minutes.
This won't do shit except give you brain damage over the long term. Stop immediately
    >-100 knuckle push ups.
Meme shit. Punch a heavy bag. Start with gloves and slowly work down over a few months until you're down to wrist wraps and a very thin pair of leather gloves so you don't get cuts on your knuckles. Then over the next few months work on your forearm strength and use less and less wrapping on your hands until it's just the thin gloves
    >-neck curls, front and back, 100 each.
Front curls are a good idea but back curls will injure the axis and atlas of your spine. Build your traps and the back of your neck will grow. Old wrestling quote is "if you want to protect your neck, hide it." Meant that you should get huge traps for real neck protection
    >-Calve needs some strengthening too
Careful with this and condition them like they do in Thailand. Light hitting with a stick and working up until you can kick down young banana trees and bamboo. Closest equivalent is again a heavy bag
    >is this moronic? I want to make my bone bigger but idk what to do
The idea isn't moronic but your execution sure is. For something like this don't just jump into it blindly or haphazardly. Martial arts schools all over the world have been training this for thousands of years. Learn from what they do. That includes weight lifting whenever you get to see their actual training. They lift odd implements similar to strongman training. Also this type of training will help you tank hits in a fight but it doesn't teach you how to fight and you'll still get your ass beat if you don't learn how to dodge, how to throw a proper punch, how to throw elbows, grapple, use good footwork and distancing, all that

If you're a poorgay, what I used to do when I was living out of church pantries and off of charity was get a military dufflebag from a thrift store or military surplus store for cheap and fill it with old clothes. Put something somewhat heavy on the bottom to keep it stable when you hang it up. Perfect heavy bag until you get a real one. For lifting you can use rope and heavy metal shit you can get from the junk yard. Easy to get strongman style equipment. FB marketplace is also full of people trying to ditch lifting equipment and old farm equipment for cheap or for free if you can haul it away. Best of luck bro

Actually good and helpful interaction. Warms my fricking heart. Good on you lads.

My advice would be to go to just one boxing class, one session, just to see if there's anything you can kearn from it. If it seems moronic don't go again.
