                The thing fatlettes misunderstand about punching is that the best defense against being hit in the jaw is having a strong neck so your head is less likely to snap to the side and cause your brain to smack against your skull. MOST people, including most lifters, don't have very strong necks. If you are someone with a big wide strong neck, you can probably eat a good punch to the chin or two and keep going. If you're just some fat ass who wasn't gifted with a naturally wide neck and hasn't trained his neck (basically nobody does) then you're in much more danger against someone who knows how to strike than you think, the thing is that most people don't know how to strike though so they're probably fine to just rush someone and throw their weight on top of them. Look at Mike Tyson's neck though, it was fricking HUGE, even if he didn't have superb head movement, he probably wouldn't have been getting knocked out much anyway.

You can't grow your lung capacity- that's dependent on the size of your ribcage.             lifting too heavily during puberty can stunt your growth in terms of height. you're better off with bodyweight during that time, or swimming.
            your skeleton can change up to to the age of 3 when your bones harden and become more dense, there is another part of the skeletal cycle at 50 which is more to do with further joint fusion and calcification.
            so lifting/swimming/pushup/pull ups from 18-24 will have a good effect on your skeleton.

            5x5 for anything that's a compound lift. Focus on pull-ups/overhead press, bench press, squats and deadlifts. Once you have a good base of strength you can do isolation exercises and those are best done 8x3.

            Basically lower reps and more weight builds strength, high reps lower weight build size/mass. The visibility of muscle will depend mostly on the size/mass along with your bodyfat. If you're strong people will still probably be able to tell you're fit, but you'll never look like a bodybuilder unless you focus on mass and size instead of strength

      Correct. I'm 6'2 with shoulders almost as wide as his and it's entirely just genetics. There are lots of tall people who are tall and narrow framed with narrow shoulders. There is no trick to fix that it's literally just genetic and you can change it a little based on your diet and physical activity but it won't fundamentally change your frame

        Same here, I'm 6 foot and have naturally wide shoulders and narrow waist/hips, typical V shape. Maybe not now because I'm 20 pounds overweight. It's perhaps the one good thing about my genetics, it doesnt take alot for me to look athletic, lose fat and gain muscle. Alot of athletes in my family so good genes on that end.

        Wide grip pull ups will help a little bit. I know old school body builders used to do a lot of exercises to expand the ribcage and widen the width of their shoulders but overall it's mainly genetics. If you have narrow shoulders definitely focus on getting your lats as wide as you can to compensate. If you have naturally wide shoulders also do this so you can look like a fricking monster.

        Yes. The best way to increase your test is to simply be free of stress and get 8 hours of sleep a night. If you want to build muscle you also need ample rest periods throughout the day.

        High stress, low rest environments are actually the worst possible for building muscle/testosterone. The reason modern men have low test/sperm is because they are extremely sedentary and don't ever challenge their muscles or develop their body in any way. If you want to max testosterone/strength then you should work out for 1 hour 5-6 days a week and then sit around a rest/do nothing the rest of the time. That will max your test and strength/muscle gains
