    I have T4 and my diet consists only of Hot dogs in buns with ketchup, pepsi with real sugar, hamburgers, mcdonalds, eggs.

    This is the only food that doesn't give me diarrhea.

    You can pass Type 4 stools on any reasonably normal diet as long as you stay well hydrated and don't hold your shit for too long. The longer you hold it, the hard it's gonna get.

      Probably naturally slow bowels, high fiber simply adds bulk but the transit time is the same, so you just have large amounts of bulky-rock like stool.
      Fast food is high in fat and irritants, so when you eat it, your stomach contracts to push it out quicker and flushes the intestines with water, which both soften the stool and give it less time to reabsorb water.
      I have the same issue, I just drink a cup of creamer that contains something in it that makes me shit. Not lactose intolerant, its some preservative/flavoring they put in it that causes my intestines to speed up. Regular milk doesn't do this.

      Type 4 leaves residue, type 3-2 doesn't. Type 1 sucks because you can't push out the rest of the pebbles and they just sit in your intestine, but they don't leave a residue in your rectum. Type 3-2 would be ideal then just wash your rectum out with an enema, put jlube up there and you're ready for anal sex. Remember to use a silicone squat plug to prevent hemorrhoids

    My dad has had type 5 my whole life. He eats nothing but meat and candy. When we have hamburgers he just eats the patty by itself with nothing on it not even bread. I used to think he had cancer but he got his doodoo inspected and they said it was fine.
