this but unironically. His channel is a great supplement to the knowledge I gained from books. I use it to make tweaks to my routine.

        >troony troony troony out of absolute fricking nowhere
Jeff makes good content in the lane he's trying to operate in (injury prevention and sport performance). His credentials in these fields are undeniable. OP has got to be either Brad himself or some seething trans fetishist mad that his Youtube channel isn't blowing up.

          Defend this advice

          [...]

Some great fricking advice here right guys? I really hope you guys have incorporated this into your training so you can "avoid injuries" and "squat more weight"

When he uses fake weights he's advertising that he's stronger than he really is, i.e. advertising that you can become as strong as that if you follow his training programs. It's principally the same as roiders who lie about being natty (which jeff also does) but for some reason he gets a pass. You are moronic if you can't see how that makes him a disingenuous c**t and nullifies any credibility he may have had

          you braindead homosexual

Yeah he has such advice, like "breath out before doing a squat", don't utilize a full ROM on a bench press, or when he advocates the one armed dumbbell bench press while laying against a bosu ball or an 80% RPE 10x10 squat as part of the perfect leg workout.

You're a fricking DYEL, you don't know shit, and you're not going to get strong watching Jeff.

You watch AthX to recover/avoid injuries and basic lifting info, not to watch his PRs, I couldn't care less if he uses fake plates for demos.

Brad was doing fake8pl8 bench presses for high reps while jeff made a 3pl8 deadlift a 4pl8 deadlift so it looked better for the camera. Literally the only people that gave a shit about the athleanx thing were fat powerlifters while Brad's incident just showed how ridiculously stupid he and his fans are. Nobody that watches athleanx gives a shit about powerlifting so when you're trying to "gotcha" him by saying his deadlift isn't 405 but actually 375, nobody cares.

I happen to like Brad Castleberry
    He's a funny guy
IDK if he's serious or not but I view him as a professional troll
The ments of him mogging those natty or not homosexual YouTubers were legendary
some admitted roider who looks natty going up to this pro bodybuilder looking 260 pounds ripped mutant and the mutant insists it's just hard work and chicken
