      I do use a decent amount of salt on my food.

      Zinc and Selenium deficiency.

      I eat red meat and also some liver once or twice a week so I don't think it's that.

          id bet the farm you have brain inflammation. Brain inflammation leads to gut inflammation and vice versa. Viscious cycle, wont stop on its own if you eat SAD and live sedentary lifestyle. You'l have alzheimer's by the time you are 50, maybe even in your 40s. You can fix it all with diet and exercise tho.

    I have cured brain fog, I used to have it really bad

    >magnesium citrate or glycinate
    >omega 3s
    >NAC (with selenium)
    >100% of your daily micronutrients (use cronometer to track diet)

    when you ejaculate it will absolutely make brainfog worse, but with supplements that restore dopamine faster it isn't as bad
    should also take vit D but i didn't notice a difference specifically with brainfog

    if your doing anything that artificially gives you dopamine (fapping, drugs, junk food, gambling ect.) it will give you brain fog to some extent
    being tired or doing something like gaming for too long will do it too

    cardio is a very easy fix too just go for a walk outside

    brain inflammation is so common you need to rule it out. Take Gaba, if it makes you sleepy you have a blood brain barrier problem, it shouldnt do anything to you. If you want to tackle brain inflammation you should go to a professional who knows about it.
    >exercise
    >avoid allergenic foods (irritate immune system even if not technically allergic)
    >cut down on sugars. (sugar exacerbates inflammation) fat based diet changes gene expression to cut down on inflammation.
    bunch of other stuff i cant remember. need to look into it yourself. if you are in your teens you especially need to look into it now before your brain fully develops.

    I had exact same issue, then heard about Lion's Mane. Bought it to try for 1 month, around 2-3 weeks in the constant tiredness and feeling like a zombie disappeared. Could be placebo, I don't care.

    I have the same issue also compounded with adhd-like thinking patterns and stress. Can’t be lacking omega-3s or vitamin d from my steady diet of deenz. I ordered phosphatidylserine to see if this helps.
