*makes you fat*
Fpbp. Cutting br*ad from your diet is one of the best things you can do.
Fuck you, bread is fucking awesome
BREAD MAKES YOU FAT?
Go to bed bread, your time has passed
Haha imagine actually eating bread.
Can you imagine cutting a thick slice off spreading butter on it and actually eating it as a joke haha
Should I not eat bread?
Bread is fine, just make sure it’s 100% whole grain bread and not wh*toid bread that’s just goyslop. Grains are an excellent source of nutrition.
75% and up is fine.
I eat bread for breakfast, lunch and supper and still is in calorie defecite.
Dinner can be whatever, within reason ofc.
Bread makes you full and burns slowly throughout the day keeping your blood sugar at even levels and gives you the energy needed during work withouth making you tired or sleepy.
Different types of spread for the bread.
2 slices of bread is usually 350-400 calories.
*gives you a huge insulin spike*
Bread is not nutritious, it's just a cheap energy source. Oh, and bread made with 100% whole, non-GMO grains and zero additives are virtually non-existent.
The meat you eat is GMO and pumped full of hormones what do you care
there is not a single food that gas not been genetically modified, but to know that you would have to have an iq above room temperature
bread are a good source of minerals and multiple b vitamins. At around 200 calories for 100% whole wheat bread you can hit around 20% of multiple essential vitamins and minerals not to mention around 5 grams of fiber, bread is based
Source: my fav keto eceleb
>>Oh, and bread made with 100% whole, non-GMO grains and zero additives are virtually non-existent
>living in a country that allows GMO flours
>not baking your own bread
I swear America is the most retarded country in the universe
Ever since I've cut it from my diet completely, cutting has become much easier.
I would eat these several times a week but never weighed more than 53kg.
Now I'm convinced it's poison and have this visual in my head of the bread being transformed to sugar in my body and stored as yellowish blobs of fat in my liver, but I still end up eating bread more often than I'd like to. I don't buy bread myself anymore, but I often eat at my mom's place, at my sister's place, at my volunteer job etc. On average I'm served bread or cake once a week.
that's far too much cheese
*Causes ketolards to burst into tears*
How based in bread?
My dad fucking inhales bread and wonders why he's fat. Made him some beef and rice a while ago and he fuckin grabbed some bread on the side.
He only eats the stuff from some Albanian bakery though. It is very good bread but shouldn't be eaten every day.
>all of these bread apologists
Stop eating bread.
sneed oil fluff
Left: Bread is bad, eat meat and butter
Right: Don't eat meat, bread is fine just try to buy whole grain.
Is this "good" bread?
Its the only bread I buy. Hell, I mildly go out of my way to buy this $4+ bread, otherwise I simply don't buy bread.
Sourdough is a good choice
>DELICIOUS bakery down the street from me
>run route takes me by it
>The meat you eat is GMO
um sweaty no. that's not how that works.
but tbh probably the grain in bread isn't gmo either.
Fuck eating bread that shit takes too long.
I put water and flour in a shaker and chug it
i bake my own dinkel wholewheat bread fresh every 2 days and it's fucking amazing. Gives constant energy, tons of nutrients and fiber.
i miss it bros
god when i was in my early twenties i could eat a whole loaf with a jar of taramosalata and a wedge of cheese and still be fit af. why can’t i live like that anymore
Cause you are lazy, lift more and run more, then you can eat more
I don’t wanna lift tho I only like to run :<
More muscle means higher tdee, which means you can eat more bread, cheese and taramosalata, don’t complain if you don’t want a solution
I Fucking love bread bros
Looks dense as fuck. 1/10. Clearly overworked and underproofed, like a thai hooker.
Trying too hard
Yes that's the meaning of overworked. Work less with the dough and it will be lighter.
I like rye bread.
