Fresh sourdough from the bakery only

Toast and add guac and seasoning

Or add scrambled eggs and cherry tomatoes

    Or PBJ

Frick I love bread bros, just don't feed me soggy white bread. Wheaty and grainy is where all the nutrients are.

I have easily eaten a half a loaf of bread in a single sitting. When i make my own i will eat 1k calories for just one meal. Bread is based, no fatty will convince me otherwise, and your ready use of twink confirms you are a 300lb lard.

See? It's very easy to eat half a loaf of bread and still be hungry. You're not doing this while staying lean, otherwise post physique. Everyone knows you stay leaner avoiding bread (unless you have twink appetite)

they ate so much wheat apparently the greeks called them "artophagoi".

Purely coincoidentally Doctors in the 1800s on examining hundreds of mummies wondered why theuy had so much arterial disease and damaged teeth?

It's because they ground it with stones, bits of which would break off and end up in the finished flour. It's a common feature of all people who ate a lot of flour before milling with steel was a thing. So all the people who conquered the rest of the world.

not true. tribes of Inuit who ate fish covered in sand had perfectly fine teeth. if your diet provides enough fat soluble nutrients and minerals your enamel can repair itself. not so if you eat grains all the time
