      If you're on keto you already resigned yourself to being a fatty. Normal people don't need to do keto or any fad diet.

    If you exercise and eat only when hungry, you shouldn't have a real problem with it

    good bread has an acceptable protein %
    whole wheat is usually the way to go.
    It's never high enough for a cut though

        i'm not super into baking but I think you're going to struggle with lower gluten content of using any other flour type based on your pic. Those flours have higher protein percentages but it's not the gluten forming type but rather the dietary type.

    Like anything else eat less of it.
    I was cutting and had a little candy pre workout and I was still losing weight.

    sure, eat the bread anon, you wouldn't want to take dieting too far and go into starvation mode. you really should treat yourself once in a while, it's called self-care. fact: bread IS yummy and if your body craves it it means you should have it.

    Just fast 1 day a week
    if your goal is 2000 cals a day thats 285 extra cals a day you can spend on bread + butter
