      Anons I need some help. My gf and I are cutting but she's been struggling with it while I've already cut down from 225 to 205 since March/April. Not my first time cutting so I know how much food I need, clearly it's not working for her since she can't resist snacking and ruining the otherwise clean diet she's on. I'm trying to get her to do some fasting, at least starting with rolling 24hrs or something more manageable, how compromised are you mentally during your first 24hrs? Is it still feasible to perform well at a relatively demanding office (lol) job?

        I've got a demanding office job, and the first days are certainly hardest. The next weeks are easier, although you do think about food a lot when you're not distracted. The following months it just becomes your new normal.

        There's no special recipe to succeed, just take your electrolytes and tell your GF to get some goddamn willpower and put down the twinkies.

        honestly man, it’s women. their estrogen makes sugar like cocaine to them, especially with their fricked hormones. you’re better off trying to get her to do more hypertrophy focussed routines (more towards lower body for obvious reasons). more cardio would just make her hungrier, and more likely to “reward” herself for the extra work anyway.

          the only in-shape chicks I knew all drank a bunch of diet soda, 0/low cal energy drinks, and always got the protein and artificial sweetened version of snacks (cookies, peanut butter cups, etc) to keep their weight in check
