Have you guys noticed that the most aesthetics guys in the gym are all doing bro splits or PPL while skipping the second leg day.
None of them do SS, SL, GZCLP, 531shit, PHAT PHUL upper lower, full body, the only people doing this are dyels
I wonder if we fell for a meme and body part slits are the answer many of us need for our goals.
I'll start a classic bro split from next week.
Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms and abs
Around 5 exercises 3-4 sets in the 5-15 rep range.

hmm, yes, sexerino
I don’t go to the gym so no
Actually true
Im noticing something pretty aesthetic right now
Sorry but that's my gf
You all are moronic and did fall for a meme
t. actual chad here
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Bi's/Tri's
Saturday/Sunday: Drink and frick
Impressive, very nice. Lets see Brads routine.
>i forgor pic (oo)
DIABOLUCCI
Is he a JoJo character?
Not gonna lie my sides are in orbit
The real question is why are you moronic enough to think powerlifting and hypertrophy splits are meant to have the same outcome?
Because the online morons on every fitness platform advocate for it.
Even the hypertrophy gurus like those fricking morons at reneissance periodization overcomplicate everything with RIR, meso micro cycles while Chad at the local gym never even heard about RIR and doesn't even know what periodization is and just trains until failure looks better than anyone at RP
Fitness is basically solved at this point, it has been for years. Online "gurus" have to come up with utter bullshit that sounds complicated to stand out. I'd recommend PPL over bro split though, or Arnie split is what I'm doing at the moment, very chad split indeed massive pumps. Don't even bother with a powerlifting routine you can still make strength gains on PPL
>Fitness is basically solved at this point, it has been for years. Online "gurus" have to come up with utter bullshit that sounds complicated to stand out.
Best comment I have read in a while.
Nailed it. Couldn't agree more
>Arnie Split
>literally named after the GOAT
>Natty King GVS uses it
So many are sleeping on this. PPL is reddit.
Arnie split is also just plain fun IMO, PPL feels like a chore
you guys do all the 6 days?
I do, I take Sundays off because it's the Lord's day. Just got back into the gym this March after a 3-year break and cutting at a 1000cal deficit but as long as you get enough sleep and eat enough protein, 6 days a week isn't too much. I guess if you really wanted you could cut one of the leg days if you have naturally good legs to start. I'm also only 27 so maybe I'll have to dial it back a little once I hit my 30s.
Geoff recommends 3x Full Body for beginners, but you can def do all six days if you’ve been training consistently for 12-18 months.
Arnie Split is actually easier to recover from than PPL, the Arm/Shoulder bro days don’t wear you out much. They’re hard while you’re doing them, obviously, but they don’t give you that total body fatigue of an upper body or leg day. That’s the problem with PPL, you end up doing big compound lifts 6 days/week and it beats up your joints.
If you have a more flexible schedule, you can also do a rest day after each 3 day cycle, at least at first. That’s still hitting everything twice in 8 days, it’ll be solid.
I think GVS takes like one rest day per month, but he’s an animal and has been training for eight years lmao.
PPLPPLx is about frequency and inter workout fatigue / time management. Your total volume on compound lifts shouldn't increases in relation to a 6x per week program, at least to start.
No because I don't watch other people's entire routine to see what they're doing. I may see them on one or two machinesor at stations but how do I know their entire routine?
You don't socialize at all in the gym?
I think the most I've ever said was "Can I work in?" or "How many sets you got left?"
i laught at guys nowadays who do a squat/dl program and they are there for 2 hours to just do 5x5 then frick with a few accesories while in 45 mins i do everything that has to be done and leave with a great pump
I've never seen anyone but dyels do PPL
That's probably because you go to a dyel gym (for DYELs) (you are a dyel)
Bro think PPL stands for push, pull, leave
>call PPL a dyel routine
>gets flak from people who think I do PPL
why do I keep coming here
High intensity, as Mike Mentzer advocated
I've always done both compounds and accessories. I would never do PPL. The biggest change I saw was when I started truly doing high intensity, and started doing forced reps and so on.
you prefer full body workouts?
Nah I do basically a bro split, but I wouldn't do an entire day for arms, I just split it over my bench and deadlift days
Milk trucc just arivve
how do u train
do you recommend doing ss as a novice or just do ppl focusing in progressing overload and hypertrophy?
Them forearms.
how many times per week do you lift and how long have you been lifting?
fallacy : that's because all who do PPL exit DYEL mode, so you only ever see DYELs doing it.
whodat
I would bust the biggest nuts in this (confirmed) prostitute of babylon
>katerino
>no legs
LMAFOOOOOOOOOOOO
That's because you are ignoring the dyels who do bro split.
Instead of the second leg day, do a mobility day.
Push
Pull
Legs
Push
Pull
Mobility, carry shit, throw shit, jump and climb.
>Imitate incels
or
>Imitate Chads
The choice should be clear but most people imitate incels for some reason. Therefore they do incel routines like SS and are DYEL like incels.
Incel Routine:
Starting Strenght
TIT COW. WOW!
im doing plxplux right now should i just do arnolds split looks kinda fun
s-second leg day?
>newbie saves his first picture and reposts it a a day later in a moronic thread
many such cases
>Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms and abs
This is a moronic split.
Do
>Legs
>Chest+tris
>Back+bis
>Delts
Too many people make the mistake of thinking your program has to neatly fit within one week, it doesn't. If you do a 4 day split 3 times over the course of 2 weeks or so you will blow up in size as long as you sleep and eat well.
no rest day?
Monday Chest
Tuesday Back + Rear delts
Wednesday Front + Side delts
Thursday Arms (Bi Tri Fore)
Friday Chest
Saturday Back + Rear delts
Sunday Front + Side delts
Monday Arms (Bi Tri Fore)
Repeat
Rest days only when sick or otherwise unable to go to gym
>Have you guys noticed that the most aesthetics guys in the gym are all doing bro splits or PPL while skipping the second leg day.
No, I don't pay attention to the other guys at the gym.
congratulations on finally breaking free from the spergchan fitcel matrix
eat clean and run a PPL or bro split and you'll look great
nothing else matters
really?
i think its the opposite
everyone does bro split, most likely because they dont even think there are other ways of training
or they dont even think about their program at all
every guy on my uni degree does a bro split and only one looks good, but thats because hes been in the gym for a long time
i believe its kinda dumb to work only 1 body part a day, unless youre doing legs
of course I've noticed him. He's me
If by aesthetic you mean 140lbs skinnyfat then yeah, those guys love PPL and brosplits.
Kek, I went to school with this girl before she got famous while I was fat. I dropped all my weight and she tried hitting me up lmfao

are you guys telling me this is all I'll ever need?
