    Always do cardio, at least 2 times per week. Just cut, you probably have a ton of fat on your hips and legs. Lift and take protein.

            lean bulk bro. Maintain 10-13% body fat while gaining muscle. Do you want to look jacked? If so then you could just bulk and then cut to maximize gains. But you could gain slower while looking good in otter mode. Which you almost are.

    cut what, your arms? eat big and lift big first + progress your cardio for health gains. then start hypertrophy when youre comfortable in gym. its stupid easy for someone like that to build a great shape under 3-4 months. BUT EAT SKELLY, just keep an eye not to blow past too many calories.

        its going to be like this. you find a weight heavy enough you can do a couple reps with, something less than 7-8. then you'll get doms for a while. continuing on you'll notice its now easier to lift these weights. now you can either increase weights for strenght progress and jump back to lower weight once in a while to mix in some hypertrophy, or you can keep that weight, increase your reps and sets to like 15 or bit more until it feels light, completely finishing with this weight, then jump to an even higher weight and start it again. imo keep it simple and stick to same weight, you'll get to learn good form before you jump weights.

    Ok since you are on the fence, i'll give you a qrd. MOST important is lifting. You have some extra fat and you won't be PERFECT unless you cut some fat. But you could definitely bulk then cut if you need quick gains. So, if you cut a little then lean bulk, be otter mode, which is most attractive to most women. Or you can normal bulk, gain fat and massive muscle, then cut and be jacked. But you will lose a lot of definition while bulking. Your choice. Just remember to research nutrition when doing these things. Deficiencies and other shit can frick you up if you don't know what you are doing.
