Oh okay makes sense.
I guess I always consider my program to be a texas method program even if i modified it a bit with practical programing principles.
>hey wasgoinonguys it's bromley >i'm going to get off the roids and slim down
*gets fatter*
*runs out of content ideas and starts posting clickbait "5 TRICKS to EXPLODE your DEADLIFT" videos* >all these other programs that have worked for thousands of people are shit mine is the best >whines about comments on his youtube videos telling him he's a moron
I like alex bromley and his breathing/bracing ebook (free, look it up) is an absolute must read imo, but there are three things I find funny about this:
1) he includes two of his own programs in the ranking (bullmastiff and kong)
2) he ranks one of them c-tier
3) he wrote that one like last month
>35th set of bench at 9 RPE >Ahhh that's the spot >Wait what set am I on again? >There's a line of people waiting for anon to finish >Lost track of his sets 7 sets ago >He restarts the pyramid from the top >3rd set in >Shoulders explode >Chest tears in a million pieces >Spine snaps, every disk simultaneously herniates >Triceps literally start going gangrenous >W1D1
include body when you post program or it's meaningless.
Ok? homosexual?
>Shirt says "alpha"
>Calls someone else a homosexual
Lol loser
I like how all I had to say was "homosexual" and you knew you were being addressed kek
Is this a meme pic or do you post here 24/7? Seen this picture for years when someone asks post body.
Also, Westside is #1. Works for me, works for my man natty king alphadestiny.
There's an entire general dedicated to conjugate and westside; something would be hella sus if that shit wasn't legit
>roid troony
>Bulma Stiff
>carries a weapon which is literally useless in a setting where alien supermen turn into frickoff huge rage apes
was bulma moronic?
A gun made sense at that point in Dragonball

Simon? He got a last name? Who is Simon?
Texas method is a subset of practical programming? Pretty sure at least i read the book up to the advanced sections.
He makes a distinction between TM, the specific program example from the book and the general PP methods.

GZCL is a method, not a program you sperg. but codys programs are in general god tier

Westside detrained my squat and bench. DL pretty much stayed the same.

Sadly yes. He lost the sincerity of his early videos. Youtube corrupts everyone.
>SS tier

Bromley has some interesting takes but I just can't get over how much of a redditor this dude his.
I did 531, TM, Ss and I'm now doing westside. Westside is by far the one I'm having more fun with.
>I would have never gotten a girlfriend if I didn't take steroids
Does anyone have experience with Candito's programs? Any good?

I love how much bromley makes internet nerds seethe.

Technically, he ranked nSuns 5/3/1 as D tier, not nSuns. Read the photo attached to this post. OP was lazy when writing his original post.
