    Full ROM is 90° elbows or knees. Anything more is ego, and anything less you better be training for a specific sport where a 1/4 rep may be more beneficial.

                Everyone is slightly different. I need about 120 degrees knee flexion to reach parallel high bar. 140 degrees for low bar. 90 degrees is what most people refer to as quarter squatting.

                Yeah I fricked that up I was using parallel and 90° to compare full ROM of motion on the bench for arguments sake of mentioning two lifts people like full ROM on and ended up mashing my thoughts together. Ended up just using one to represent both.
