My current heart rate sitting here is around 55, its 45 when I first wake up.
Any muscular activity that raises the heartrate significantly is cardio.
Have you not ever squatted before and checked your heart rate after?
Doing sets of squats the same as sprint interval training.
Endurance type steady state cardio is bad for the heart long term. Just look at how many marathon runners get heart attacks.

my heart rate is 90 and my dad has heart disease. im 26 and do 0 cardio and i get tired and sweat profusely very easily. am i gonna die. im usually sweaty after 4 sets of lifting.
coworker had something similiar. was always running around in shirts even in winter. because of his heart rate he was always sweating. drank a moronic amount of energy drinks on top. died one day at the age of 25, be careful. shit happens over night and you are gone.

Go to a cardiologist and get an EKG and a stress test done of you're worried about your heart. If there's something wrong they'll tell you how to fix it and you won't die early. If there's nothing wrong with you then you're panicking for nothing and you just need to do some more cardio
