Bros I fucked up.
Ive been on a strict diet for 1 month straight and Ive been eating these tacos once a week thinking it's not so many calories. Apparently they use TEN corn tortilla in total.
Fuck bros.. give it to me straight.. how many calories are in the tacos probably? If it's greater than 1000 calories I'm absolutely fucked
Good
OP here, I'm trans btw.
literally who cares dude
the only thing you can do is improve on yourself from where you are right now
just stop eating them and keep sticking to your diet
What do you mean apparently? Did you just learn to count?
tortilla 70-100 cals plus the beef definitely 1k+
good news is this is a light snack for burgers
You ever hear of the sunk cost fallacy?
10 corn tortillas
About 7-8 ounces of stewed or grilled meat
2 large radishes
5 tablespoons of onion
>1010kcal
>61g protein
>112.5g carbs
>39.5g fat
Bros.. wtf am I supposed to do? This has ruined my week of strict dieting...
You eat less during the week to compensate or you start doing cardio. Calm the fuck down dude
This is why I don't believe in cheat meals tbh. You should incorporate it into your weekly calories and just cut back a little the rest of the week
amazing rare apu, mind if i right click+save as?
Go for it my man
>strict
>eating carbs once a week
You're not even dieting, you're eating the standard American diet.
For 5 carne asada tacos that’s probably right around 1000-1250 calories. Just relax. Eat 3 and save 2 for later.
actually those were from review photo..
I always get Carnitas on my tacos..
not anymore though... I'm never fucking up again in my fucking life. I swear on my mom
I used carnitas in my calc here
Just eat less of them
good the extra calories are making (You) stronger
>strict diet
>doesn't count calories
not a strict diet
Have you been losing weight at the rate you want? Remember, your body isn't a bomb calorimeter. A small occasional surplus will probably just be passed through you.
You're literally gonna die now, good job
You'll be fine with one fuck up, but immediately get back on track and keep the momentum. Once is an accident, twice is starting a new habit.
OP don't worry the same thing happened to me. I was only having 1 large chocolate Oreo shake from Baskin Robbins every day for a out a month or so before I learned they have 2,600 calories in them. Didn't end up gaining too much weight but pretty sure I have some sort of Diabetes now.
