Limitations:
>Up to 5 days a week.
>I work out in a home gym with a barbell, dumbbells, and a pulley.
>The only cardio I'm willing to do are rope skipping, swimming and walking. Well maybe a bit of jogging, but i fricking hate it.
>60 minutes per session including warmup

Heres a workout i like
Five push ups then five second side plank.
So five push ups left side plank for five seconds
Five more push ups then right side plank
Do this until you feel like you should stop or close to stopping.
Then three to four boxing rounds of jump roping.
Then just end it
I mean just end the work out there. Oh and dont forget to stretch and warm up appropriately by going for a light walk before hand

My main goals, i should say, are regaining the strength i lost while cutting, while growing arms.
So yeah, i was gonna start planning around the big lifts and then throwing in things that don't compromise my fatigue for the next big lift session.

Just do a PPL split and cycle cardio in the PM dawg not that hard. So 5 days a week week 1 is PPLPP and week 2 is LPPLP and so on. Walk one day, swim the next etc

Focus on big compounds, throw in some isolations in there for arms. If you can't focus on intensity (heavy weight) then youll need to really max out volume (high reps] Strength train 4 or 5 times a week, go for a run 2 or 3 times a week.
Eat right and sleep well. I recently fixed years of chronic sleep problems and its been a blessing. Figure out your BMR, eat at maintenance. Get enough protein. Chicken breast and yoghurt are my daily go-tos
