How'd you sprain it
picking up a pot of potatoes palm up with one hand. it was a decent sized pot too. then about a week later. i did the ole "ill carry the groceries in with one arm" move and it was like fifty or more pounds idk but when i made it in the house. my hand felt about ten times worse idk why the frick i did that
I did a fast pullup at the park and pulled something in my back earlier this year and it took like 3.5 months to stop hurting any time I coughed or turned the wrong way

the way the neuron is threaded through my wrist is precarious and causes constant pain but there's no structural damage in the bones or connective tissue. Even with nerve glides it hasn't got better. Every time I put weight on my bench it gets worse. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I use knuckles for those. No damage, nerve isn't dying or anything either just pure unadulterated pain.
based knucks push up man. i dont have the fists for it right now anon. been using dumbbells personally. just feels so much more stable with the wrist straight. and it feels good to mix it up with the dumbbells also

You have to take ibuprofen or another pain killer with joint injuries like that. The tendons are just too closely packed to heal fast on their own when inflamed.
ive been using voltaren gel and ice packing this whole time. volteren is a nsaid cream if you dont know what it is.
I think a good rule of thumb is that it’s not at least real serious if u are not fricked up for at least a week, or unless it gets purple and shit. After that it may be bad but not for sure. Serious left shoulder pain here outta nowhere and I was literally telling my work I thought surgery had to happen. Like tendons were under the muscle or socket shit. Next fricking day nothing. Miracle THANK YOU JESUS. Still two weeks later I’m doing every lift. I’m not taking it for granted
