Actually autism is strongest linked to having a father over age 45, but the risk already starts increasing past 30.

Children born to women age 25-30 have the least birth defects out of any age group. As women age past 30 the amount of birth defects rapidly increase (this is mitigated some if they have given birth previously), women giving birth under the age of 20 also have high rates of birth defects (but the type is different than those over 30).

Incels don’t have kids and want to believe that it will be okay if they are 40 and have a child with a 20 year old, but this is cope the child will likely be autistic and genetic trash just like their father. Actual people focused on having health children will generally start having children with a mother aged 20-30 and a father aged 25-30. Anything besides this is not optimal. Fortunately if you want many kids as long as your wife started having kids before 30, if she has her 7th kid at 40 it will be a lot less likely to have any birth defects than if it was her first child.

Your own study debunks your claim. It says factors associated with youth are the likely culprit for under 20. It doesn’t say 25-30 is the lowest and many other studies prove it.
For example: A 15 year old mother is half as likely to have a Down Syndrome baby as a 25 year old.

This. If male sperm count and motility decreases slightly with age (along with libido and erection quality, which all combines to decrease fertility), the effects of aging on women's fertility are ten times as pronounced and effectively end viable motherhood decades before a man can stop being a father.

You are in direct control over the calibur of your genetic material. The reason why that declines for most men after 40 is the general population does not believe this and stops being active after high school and lets their hedonism dictate their diet. But that is a low bar to surpass, and you are not leading a sedentary lifestyle, are you?

    Simpleton take.

Sperm count and quality go down after 35, but this doesn't effect all sperm universally, rather, it means that it's more likely that a single sperm will be defective.

Women give birth in their fifties, Douglas Adams didn't have kids until his forties and Polly Adams is doing better than her parents, at least.

Also, when most people read stuff like "double the risk of birth defects!" They rarely consider these statistics critically; they usually don't even know how, so as a result people make a big deal about a 1% increase that totals a 2% chance of birth defects.

Serious reply because I'm doing my PhD on this shit.

Gamete quality (sperm and eggs) is negatively correlated with age, but general fitness can help to ameliorate the damage.

Especially for men, if we eat right and exercise, stay away from alcohol and cigarettes, we can produce healthy sperm into our 50s.

For women it is more difficult though, and after 30-35 the chances of producing a healthy oocyte drop drastically, even in healthy individuals.

      Anonymous

By a healthy oocyte, do you mean one which produces offspring without chromosomal aberrations or is that definition of health more general?

        Anonymous

Just in general; aged oocytes can have DNA damage from oxidative stress that increases offspring risk of many diseases. Maybe even accelerated aging in the offspring. This has already been proven in mice but with humans it's harder to confirm because of confounding factors.

    >caliber of your genetic material is seriously degraded

No, that's what happens to women. You're projecting, lady.

Men literally have thousands to millions of sperm cells swimming to get into that one egg of yours, and we produce it on a daily basis. You, on the other hand, only have *one* egg, and that's once a month for a set period of time.

There's a reason men lose interest in a woman after they cum, and then can immediately turn around and turn a different woman. We're *made* to spread our seed. You on the other hand have a biological responsibility to produce the best offspring because of that one chance a month you have, which makes you seethe and be an uptight b***h for finding the best mate.

Your hypergamy is fricking you and letting tyrone frick you in the ass, lady. Which ironically won't get you any babies either.

Women famously produce autistic kids if they have them later on, implying degraded eggs. Nobody mentions the fact that these women are generally getting pregnant by older men with degraded sperm. Older women who get pregnant by younger men have more modest rates of autistic kids. Both men and women should be reproducing between 25-30 to maximize stability and genetic quality, with a 5 year window on either side of that range to still be ok trading off a bit of one for more of the other. Younger than 20 and older than 35 is generally a bad idea.

It's true lol, there is a male wall. Albeit later than women, but it still is there. Like another anon said, older women are also most of the time having kids with older men.

    >Sperm is freshly produced
Technically yea but the genetic material is from age old genes that could have been affected during their 40 years of living on this earth. So the genome of those 'fresh' sperm is 40 years old. Percentage wise, you will have less genetically healthy sperm as you age basically. So if one of those unhealthy swimmers hit the egg, you get a moronic kid

Women just have a delayed form of this genetic splicing where they go through it every month.

If you think your cummies were as good as when you were 20 that's some major cope, reproduce now homosexual. Before you go bald
