Bros I've got forehead and back acne, how did you guys fix it? I was a late bloomer and am 20, so may be hormonal. I don't rewear clothes, have a lukewarm shower every 2 days, eat a wide variety of foods, mostly veggies and meat, wash face every day and night with just water.

What else can I do and how did you guys fix your forehead/back acne?

You’ve developed a dairy allergy, like 90% of adults

How though? Been eating dairy products my whole life, I was literally born to consume dairy and no one else in my family is lactose intolerant.

It’s an allergy, not lactose intolerance. It causes acne, not explosive diarrhea. Your family probably had it as well, so cut out the dairy and get a bit of sunshine on the acne and watch it disappear

May give it a try. Thanks for the advice anon. How do you know this, was it the case for you? Would be a shame because too many things I like contain dairy in them... would suck to have to dodge it. I especially love greek yogurt.

It’s the same for me and pretty much everyone I know who has acne/bacne in their early 20s. You dont have to give it up completely accept for a couple months now to confirm, just eat it in moderation

I use a good natural soap and don't have these issues. You can also look up pine tar soap i like that a lot.

homie you’re 20, just have decent hygiene and don’t stress. You are probably still growing, plenty if people finish puberty late. Clean up the diet and then see if specific foods trigger your acne. But overall chill out

Ok, I am 20 but am going to turn 21 literally at the beginning of Sept. I did hit puberty late, so perhaps its that. Might do some trial and error food wise. Just hate that dirty feeling of zits, I've always liked being neat n clean and feel this doesn't represent me.

its not puberty its literally whatever bro
i had perfect skin for 28 years and then i got similar looking forehead. it was nothingburger, probably just because of warm water, sweating, wiping my forehead with gym hands etc.

then i asked my MOTHER to suggest some simpe skincare routine and products, bought 3 items for like 15€, applied them for a week.
wow it's now gone and my skin is back to perfectly normal without using anything.

Before you try those expensive solutions try apple cider vinegar solution. Mix it with water at 1:3 ratio, soak paper towel in it and give it a cleanse.
Helped me with my forehead problem and helped quick. The next day I could visually observe pimples vanishing away and after couple more treatments my skin was clear.
Also I use this solution just for regular face wash, like once a week. Just to maintain it.

Have the same problem, had it before I consumed whey and milk

Facial cleansers do help slightly but don't eliminate it, might try apple cider at this point
