I eat three large eggs every day for cheap protein, should I cut back? I've read that you should eat 7 a week max.
I've read that study where they monitored 30,000 people for 17 years, this is how it went:
>asked 30,000 how many eggs they ate, but only asked once, so their diets may have changed in the 17-year-old period
>they also asked about the rest of their diet in detail, so "if they eat three eggs a day, they must also eat a shitton of bacon and salt with them" doesn't work
the average large eggs contains 186-235 mg of cholesterol depending on where it's from, America or the UK, which have larger eggs
and here's the quote:

Let's say it's 200mg, so that's 600 mg of cholesterol a day, or 300 additional cholesterol a day, meaning 17% higher risk of developing a cardiodisease and 18% higher risk of death for me according to this study

    i looked into it years ago and found studies saying dietary cholesterol doesnt effect the body's cholesterol.
    IST was in consensus on this as well.

    I ate 5 eggs daily, full fat milk, cheese, shitloads of meat. LDL at 160, TC of 230. I'm cutting back a bit on fats and eggs now. YMMV as always. I'm not fat, no diabetes, rest of blood work great. Six pack.

    Info is conflicted on if eggs cause health problems or not. If you need cheap protein and are worried about the cholesterol still you can always ditch the yolk and just eat the whites

    I eat 2/day because I only have two little silicone boats to steam them in. Maybe I should go for 4.

    Those percentages are still for babies. I'm healthy, I exercise, I eat well, I don't smoke or drink, all a little more cholesterol in the blood is gonna do is raise my test.
