    Extra virgin olive oil sourced from California. Butter is a good one too depending on ancestry. Indians and most whites (especially Northern and North West Europeans) will do well with butter.

          By heating it. Virgin means it was extracted by mechanical means only, meaning no heat or solvents were used. Regardless, don't heat it as it contains a good amount of PUFA and that shit will oxidize immediately. Non-virgin oil comes pre-destroyed from the factory and shouldn't be consumed to begin with. Use a stable fat to cook with.

        Virgin has all the antioxidants and smoke point does not affect anything because the food absorbs the heat and the oil stops smoking.

    Butter/ghee (clarified butter), coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil. These are all fine, but be aware of stuff like what heat they are good for and smoke point etc. Not all oils are ideal for all purposes.

    Corn oil, despite even doctors calling it the worst thing after hitler no one in my family has healt/blood pressure problems despite being the only oil we use. I even tried replacing it with butter for a month to see if I noticed any problems and it made no difference other than taste.
    I'm mexican though so corn is in my blood, hwhwhytte bois may not apply
