      fucking delusional fatties im sure you are MUCH bigger than this guy at 160lbs.
      you guys would weigh probably 120-130lbs lean, this is really tough pill to swallow for many, it was the same for me because i was used to weighing 190-200lbs builtfat.

      turns out the body just doesnt weigh all that much lean. ~170lbs is what kinobody weighs, people are just so fucking delusional.

    It's hard to get lean because the longer you're on a diet, the more the body adapts to this new energy in/out balance.
    If you're used to eating, shit idk, 3000 calories a day while lifting weights, doing cardio and walking a lot, your metabolism is used to a big energy in and out balance. You're burning energy like crazy and your body is fine with it since you get a ton of calories.
    When you start dieting and cut calories a bit, the body detects that shift, that it uses more calories than it usually gets. It'll roll with it for a few weeks and make up for the deficit with fat, but under the hood it's slowly adapting to this new energy balance by slowing down the metabolism to reach equilibrium.

    You used to eat and burn 3000, now you're eating 2500, your metabolism slowed down by 500 calories to reach balance and stop using its fat stores. You're now no longer in "danger" of starving and dying. Your body is happy, it did its job, it has adapted to its new environment successfully.

    So what do you do then? Increase energy expenditure by moving more? Eat less? Both? Sure, that'll trigger weight loss again, but it also sends the body into another adaptation phase. You keep doing that and eventually you'll be eating 1800 calories a day while moving around a ton doing 7 hours of cardio a week and not drop a single pound.

    The trick is that, when this happens and you find yourself either moving too much or not eating enough or both, is to take a complete diet break and go on a small "bulk" for a couple weeks to a month. Rev the engine back up. Get your body used to a lot of energy in and out. Make it adapt.
    Yes, you're going to gain a little weight. Water weight, a little bloating and a bit of fat. But by the time the metabolism is primed and ready again, the net weight loss is still much greater than the weight gained during your maintenance/bulk diet break.

    tl;dr, do a diet break and eat at maintenance for two weeks to a month and start cutting again

    Ok OP, our dear Khazarine patroness aside, I will explain what is happening to you. You are becoming disinhibited due to hormones. You're cutting too hard too fast, and your fat cells are screaming to fill em back up and you start eating anything and everything in sight. Do not fall for the 1-2lb a week meme. Go it slow. Coach Greg talks about this. Stephanie Buttermore even talked about this with her "All In" thing. The great black pill of IST that literally no one wants to talk about is that you can only increase the number of fat cells you have. You can't get rid of them unless you get lipo. So that means all these dirty bulk bros are creating more hungry little cells begging to be filled up with hunger hormones. Cutting slowly will help keep them from screaming, but the black pill is that you can never silence them. So you'll always be a little hungry when lean.
