        Bench is ok and ohp should be ok yes just do not plant your legs during your lifts.

            Like anon said seated ohp is fine. Just avoid anything that puts weight through your knees and you will be fine. Act like you have no knee kek. No stress on it whatsoever.

    If you're ok not doing squats or any kind of knee flexion yeah. Need to wait until inflamation goes away. Be ready for a fricked up knee for life tho

      my tear wasn't too severe to need surgery, just rehab and wearing an offloader brace for a few months. Depends on case by case, if yours is almost or completetly torn then yeah surgery may be needed.

                yep got studies done and all, mine was a small tear going along horizontally line picrel. As i said not too severe. When i fricked myself up i also head a loud pop but it was more the sharp stabbing pain. Get checked anon.
