bulk or cut?

I've been lifting for about a year and used to be a skelly, 6'2"

    How about you maintain, but up your protein and do shit loads of abdominal workouts (buy a roller). This is considered a 1% body in the western world.

      Lean bulk. You're not skinny at all and have a nice lean athletic look. If you think you should cut to show abs, then just do more ab workouts like this anon says

    a YEAR? I think you forgot to incorporate lifting into your lifting routine.
    Eat 3500 calories a day until 190, start actually lifting weights, and then eat at TDEE for a while, by that time you'll know exactly what you want to do.

      Lean bulk. Your body fat level is healthy. 100-200 calories over maintenance and lift for higher volume. I have a feeling you've been doing that SS shit and you need to hop onto a bodybuilding program

    Never, ever bulk. Stay lean. Maintain, try to get more protein into your diet and start putting in more work. You don't look like 2 years of lifting.
