What is my estimated bf percentage? Should I keep my 5 week cut going or start bulking up?

      You should start doing legs for a change

      I’ve been lifting for 2 fucking years but I didn’t pay attention to nutrition, ie eating like 40g of protein a day. I’m hoping that boosting my protein intake to 1g/lb will help me put on muscle but if that doesn’t work I’m just gonna give up. Everyone in my family is skinny so it could just be a genetic curse

          Yes, aggressive cut. Ideally you wouldn’t be breaking 800 cals/day until you’re 90lbs but I doubt you have the discipline.

    Cut. At least than you will see some measure of progress to motivate yourself, even if you end up looking skinny being shredded in 5 weeks is better than trying to bulk at ~16% as a natural. If you listen to these guys you will end up looking like a fatass dyel. PS, there is no reasonably accurate way to track bodyfat %. It's all visual, good luck
